Our Return Policy

We want you to love every product you receive from Kitchen Heaven. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at divittisnenko5@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at divittisnenko5@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
